It doesn't keep drinks warm.
I'm a Owala fan and have several of their bottles but sadly this one is a huge let down. It doesn't keep your hot drink warm at all. From freshly brewed, pipping hot coffee to a luke warm temperature within about 1 hour. The spout is great and the bottle has a nice feel to it but it doesn't do the job. Wouldn't buy it again.

Satisfying
This is the most satisfying coffee cup I’ve ever owned! It’s compact, has a seal to keep from spilling, stays hot for hourssss, and fits in all cup holders. I never write reviews but I think Owala is going places !!!!

Leak proof and well insulated
I have a number of owala products. So I ended one getting one for the husband but I find it a bit hard to wash properly under the lid, but it is what it is, I love it and glad it’s completely leak proof! Got myself one too

Wide cup for little hands but perfect travel mug otherwise
Quite wide for my little hands - that’s the only reason for losing a star! But keeps coffee hot, really comfortable/smooth sip hole, screw lid and leak proof.
