Has silica - hard to find ingredient.
One of the Few Supplements I’ve Actually Noticed a Difference With I have tried countless hair, skin, and nail supplements over the years, and honestly most of them either did nothing or took forever to notice even a slight change. This is one of the few products where I genuinely feel like I noticed an improvement, especially with my hair. After consistent use, my hair felt healthier overall and I noticed less breakage and shedding. It did not feel like one of those gimmicky beauty supplements that makes huge promises and delivers nothing. My nails also seemed stronger, but the biggest difference for me personally was definitely my hair. I am not sure if it works
My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

Excellent supplement
I have been using Biosil for many years. I have Hashimotos Disease and it has strengthened my hair significantly. My skin never feels dry and it has contributed greatly. If you take supplements, this is a must!

Best collagen supplement ever!
I’ve been using this product for years! My hair is thicker and fuller. Quick hair growth and less fall out. Easy to swallow capsules, no regurgitating taste, no odor. I highly recommend.

Recommended for Thin Nails
I have paper thin nails that are constantly breaking or bending. I've been taking biotin for years and have not seen a noticeable difference. When I take this consistently with biotin I've noticed my nails definitely strengthen. They still bend a bit but they do not break as easily.
