The machine itself is fine, but the remote is very poor workmanship. there is no way for both bateries to make proper contact when there is nothing there to conduct the power from the battery. The only way to access the programs is with the remote. I would like to have one that works. If I was happy with one that has broken parts, I would have bought a used one from Goodwill for a lot less money. I will update this review if the seller sends me a working remote. Update: the seller says I must return the entire machine for a refund not a replacement, when all I want is a working remote. I was not even offered the possibility of purchasing a new remote separately - just return the whole thing for a refund.

I’m not sure if I got a dud or this thing is just really that bad. I have used a different brand of one of these at work and thought it was so awesome, I need one at home. Ordered this one when they were having a deal and pretty sure I got, got. I am 147lbs and if I stand on it, it sounds like the gears are grinding and it’s going to stop working. I thought well maybe I read the weight guidelines wrong, so my 13 year old son got on it. Nope same noise, and he weighs 115lbs. I’ve tried moving it to different rooms and same thing happens every time. So disappointing! Buyer beware. :(

I ordered this identical item on Oct. 14 received it set it up as instructed in The manual the vibration platform works well enough. BUT the remote does Not work at all. So the vibrating platform doesn't have all the settings and features. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement. I received it yesterday and set it up per The manual instructions and this replacement unit has the same problem. The remote Does not work at all. I fill that the remote is a prop. Meaning that it is the non functioning Accessory. Which I believe is a advertising no no. Avoid buying this item. I have alerted Amazon.

Worked great for about the first 2 months, then started making a high pitched squeal every time you use it. It’s so loud, you can’t watch tv, listen to music, or talk to anyone else in the room

Just took mine out of the box and it doesn’t work. Nothing. When I put batteries in the remote even the little light doesn’t come on when you press any of the buttons on the remote which should happen regardless of whether it is communicating with the machine. And yes, they were fresh batteries out of the package. Of course I’m past the 30 day Amazon return policy so I’m screwed I guess. Piece of junk
