this remote is exactly the same as the factory remote which came with this VIZIO JUNK TV. if you want a good TV, stay away from VIZIO - AND - AMAZON "FIRE" TV - they're both JUNK. but this is about the REMOTE so i'll concentrate on that. this is the first remote i've ever seen for a TV which didn't have a "sleep" button - NONE - even the junky "Fire-TV" remote has a sleep button. and the design - the way it's made is HORRIBLE - the 'bevel' design makes it difficult to hold - i just don't like it at all - BUT - it does work fine - irritating as it is to have to hit "menu" to get to the sleep timer and then go through 5 other steps - and adding insult to injury - looking at this TV - which is still new - one can see where the LED strips are - the placement of them is unmistakable via the light/dark/light/dark lines on the screen, and there's no way to adjust it out - i've tried and even asked in their "chat" if there was a way to rid the screen of those light and dark lines, and of course there is not.

I bought this remote to replace the remote that originally came with my Vizio 39 inch TV. The first remote did not work well, the back did not stay on and it is very cheap and light weight compared to remotes for TV's 20 years ago. The new one is light weight as well it works okay but sometimes the center button where is says OK lifts up slightly and I have to push in back down and then it's fine. But overall it's and inexpensive replacement and works better than the old one.

This remote works just like the original. Visually, if you had them sitting side by side you would never know the difference. If someone swapped out the original for this one you would never know the difference in usability or function. Great remote and great value.

Way better than the original remote that came with the TV. I can feel the quality is good. I dropped it twice already and it’s still working. Pretty durable but will invest in a protective skin for it. Works with my D32f-E1. Easy as using the remote straight out of the factory box! Great value!!!
