Easy to send, no delivery issues!
My relative received my Amazon e-gift card right away after my purchasing it! She saw and “opened” the e-mail gift card in an inner hospital room so there was no issue at all with it getting to her phone. Very convenient. One suggestion to Amazon designers: give us some ‘card’ images that say “Thinking of You”. Otherwise, there are floral motifs to select from and other artistic designs to select from. One was a “moving” image but I didn’t care for it.

these are great. I love being able to do this from phone to phone with my card straight to their card and then they can order something that they want my grandkids and my kids for their birthdays convenient. That way the kids can order what they want not be stuck with something I thought they wanted it.
