It actually works!!
It take an hour but it does work and my sleep quality has also improved a lot.

Total waste of money
Completely disappointed with the result. It made me nauseous instantly after I put it on my tongue. I used it for 3 days in row but didn't see any effect on my sleep. Other brands somehow managed to make me a little sleepy but it turned out to be complete fiasco.

Product is good.... but my honest opinion is never start melatonin treatment with 10 mg or even 5 mg.. start with 1 mg... discontinue after 1 to 2 weeks...
