If this is your first geared bicycle then you can go for it...Has great speeds and handling. The gear shift makes a noticeable click sound initially and needs tuning before first drive..it tends to get smoother over time. I am 5'7" and ride comfortably but I wish the handle bar had options to raise them up as it is already set to max height still i have to bend slightly for proper control. The bend can be slight uncomfortable for intial days but one gets used to it soon. The bicycle feels sturdy and togh..you can go for it. Kindly watch videos in how to position your seats for proper riding position and yes the service is top notch and they are ready to help at any cost.

So..what happened in my case was that we got the cycle but it was the wrong one . we got the one without gear instead of with gear ... So I demanded for a replacement or cancelation from Amazon and it was granted.. Then an agent from Cradiac Cycles contacted us and informed us about the options available to us for replacement , he told is we could either ship back the cycle and again wait for the new cycle or he could send us gear parts to be affixed to the cycle. We took the second option as the1st was a bit time consuming . They even offered us to give reimbursement for any expense incurred in fixing the bike ( which we politely declined as it wasn't much ) .... Anyway now the cycle is in great condition and Is functioning really well .......I would also like to praise their customer service and the agent for the follow up they maintained to help us through the slight crisis 😅 Anyway , in the end it's actually a good or even we can say a great purchase 😁😇😇 , the replacement they sent were also of great quality ... Soooo... Overall Happy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Personal opinion: If delivered right this is one if not the best bicycle out there under 15k. Priced just right, 29' huge tyres that make you feel higher than most bikes out there, rigid frame, dual disc with great bite, alloy rims, shimano does it's charm, pretty decent travel in front suspension, saddle offers decent comfort for at least 15-20 KMs, overall a really great package for bicycle enthusiasts for a very fair price. Had no delivery related issue. Technicians were well versed and I was able to get it tuned for speed shifting. The call management team were kind and very responsive so you can expect a great customer service. After 50KMs on varying terrains in a week of buying I feel the bicycle offers a great riding experience and is built to perform, the front suspension could have been a lil bit smoother. Thanks to Amazon for this hassle free experience.

The cycle is good and huge but the service is really bad. Installation is required even if it comes at an extra price. Without installation support, local mechanics wouldn't be able to resolve it. Poor after purchase support. Really disappointed. They need to send the mechanic for initial installation.

Pro, The customer service is excellent! They understand if we have an issue and rectify it. I have asked them to replace the part below and they will do it is what I think , I will update later. It's been 3 days and no update on the part still. They have given courier details but item is not shipped. My guess is they are playing the waiting game for return window to get over. Update 15 may almost 21 days Cons,after buying cycle part has been replaced. 1.I got the product yesterday and the biggest issue is that gear knob was broken, I took it to a cycle showroom and they said the entire shifter has to be replaced( Rs 1200). I have called the company service center because the part is expensive and asked them for replacement . 2.its better to get a cycle mechanic checked completely before you use the product. All issues sorted by company after 21 days. It's a great cycle for the price around 13 k

I bought this one. it's better for routine work rides and good choice at this rate, even really easy and light weight one, but I Got the front tire tube some damaged so it was needed to change in few days
