I hate what you don’t know that you don’t know. I didn’t know this requires cutting your case but doesn’t include clippers like other brands. I didn’t know this creates more heat above the ram but doesn’t have a thermal protection strip like other brands. I didn’t know they recommend putting foam standoffs in the case below the battery that other brands have but not this one. I’m also put off that in the (very limited) instructions that don’t even mention cutting the case that they say if the battery dies once installed you can’t charge it again. So yeah. What I do know is I’m returning this one and getting another brand. Disappointed.
