what is the volume of the pieces?

The smallest molds are the swirled circles in the 2nd line from one end. They are exactly one teaspoon each. All the others are just a bit larger than one teaspoon. The 3 rows with the hearts, pyramids, and half rounds are the largest at just under 1.5 teaspoons each.

Is this 100% silicone?

The instruction booklet says it is 100% food safe silicone

The manual says you can. It says do not put mold into oven empty. It must have your food product in it or it will warp. The appropriate temp is-40F to +446 F (230C). Do not use on top of stove, near flame, grill, electric rings. Mold needs to be greased. Cooled completely before you try to remove

what is the dimension (width/height) of each single piece?

On the large (flared) end, it's 1-1/4", and the width of the small end as well as the height is 3/4" (as best I can measure with a cloth tape measure).
