Cucina, yes, Amore not so much...
Shelf stable until opening is a definite plus but the pesto itself was a bit odd as it is made with Brazil Nuts, Sunflower Oil, sugar, Citric and ascorbic acid, which caused this to have a very cloying and unpleasant flavor. The jar is adorable, I shall reuse. NOTE: classic Pesto is to be made with basil, pine nuts, salt, fine EVOO, garlic, Grana Padano and parmesan.

Very good pesto. Great flavor. Has a lot of oil in it but will use the oil for cooking also.

The taste of this is not good. I lived in Italy and this tastes nothing like the pesto.
