Brooks Men's Ghost 15 Neutral Running Shoe

Tried many brands of Gortex running/walking shoes for everyday wear including inclement weather. Acknowledging that a great fit in footwear is very individual, here's why I'm stating this is best for me. Sole has soft cushion. Definitely softer than gortex shoes labeled for trail running/walking. Bottom of shoe has good traction but isn't greatly serrated and deep so that particles get stuck on the sole. Going up and down inclines and stairs are comfortable. Sides are supportive but not stiff. In black, the shoe is stylish enough to wear in the office; is a great travel shoe for almost all weather occasions (haven't tried winter snow). Lightweight enough. As other reviews have stated, it's perhaps a few millimeters on the short side so consider going up a 1/2 size if current size is tight. I did not have to size up. So good I'm buying a second pair.

I've switched from Nike shoes to Brooks Ghost as my everyday trainers, and the difference is remarkable. These shoes are soft on the soles and provide excellent support for my feet. Their comfort and durability are impressive. Since the Brooks Ghost is well-known as a long-distance running shoe, it performs well during long walks and maintains its comfort even after multiple wears. I recommend choosing a half-size up, as I did. They are lightweight, but the traction is so-so for off-road conditions.

These are good walking shoes I got for a male friend. He said they're super comfortable and stylish.

I've worn pretty much every brand of running shoe during my lifetime.... Brooks, Asics, UA, Nike, Reebok, Saucony, Adidas...and over the last decade or so have basically stuck with Brooks, Asics and UA, with a few pairs of Saucony. I have major knee issues and it's difficult to find a brand that consistently works for me so I've kind of jumped around to whatever feels best. For the past 4-5 yrs it's mainly been Asics and UA because around that time Brooks made some major changes to their design that just didn't work for me. About 6 months ago I decided to give them another try as I really liked the look of the glycerin stealth fit. Really nice looking pair of shoes and very lightweight but the kind of sock fit, for lack of a better description, felt somewhat loose. Wear them a good bit but when running they just aren't snug enough so decided to try another style. I've had a few pairs of Ghosts over the years so went with these. Well, it was a great decision! These are amazing. Lightweight, super comfy and supportive without being too constricting or too loose. Not sure what the newest model will hold but these are freaking awesome 👍

My Brooks Ghost 15 Pride Edition sneakers are my first Brooks. I bought them after a pickleball-induced Achilles tendon rupture when my podiatrist recommended this brand. They are the most comfortable and beautiful sneakers I have ever owned. They have lasted me 3 years now and are still going strong. I get compliments on them daily due to the fun colorful design of this exclusive Pride version. Hope Brooks keeps making them and honoring DEI. F*** T****!

The blue color is a Great looking shoe. The cushion is perfect for walking or jogging. The overall quality of the shoe is great. The problem for me is the toe box area is too narrow. I use these for walking about 45 minutes a day. I probably won't be buying any of the other colors due to this toe box issue. 11/19/2023 Update: I purchased OnCloud Cloudflow 4 running shoe and it didn't last 30 days. One of the shoes got a flat and started squeaking very loud with every step I took. It was embarrassing when walking by people. So now I am using my Brooks Ghost 15 shoe as my backup pair. My Brooks don't squeak. I'm changing my 3 star Brooks review to a 4 star. I also just ordered another set of Brooks Ghost 15 10.5 wide to see if that helps with my toe box issue. 11/21/2023 update I just received the Brooks Ghost 10.5 Wide. It resolved the toe box issue I had with the regular size. I walked with them tonight and also did a little job. These are Great shoes. I am changing this to a 5 star review.

Sehr gute Passform (auch für breitere Füße) und Dämpfungseigenschaften. Ist schon mein 3 Paar Brooks-Laufschuhe und bin sehr zufrieden.
