Once it kicked in, the results were very good. The liquid form is easy to take, though the herbal taste is strong (not terrible, but noticeable). For me, the effectiveness outweighed that easily. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a gentle, herbal solution and you’re willing to use it consistently for several days, Iberogast works very well. If you expect immediate relief after the first dose, you might be disappointed — patience pays off here. My stomach was acting wonky , I didnt eat for 8 days waiting for this , love it, now I drink to keep my stomach in order and it does just that , will word of mouth it and get more when I need it , love this product.

I had my doubts, but this stuff truly seems to settle my stomach. I get bad pains often, no medical solution has yet been found but I use this 3 times a day and it has helped. No real taste if you mix it in with soda or coffee. I also use it with my flavored water.

I have encountered the most unpleasant-tasting supplement to date. The flavor profile is reminiscent of tree bark or willow. I attempted to mix it with water or juice, but the taste remained unpalatable. Furthermore, I find the scent to be disagreeable. Although it provided temporary relief from nausea, I subsequently experienced adverse effects.

I started taking this when I lived in Germany. It has been nearly eight years now. Whenever I have a mild stomachache or indigestion, taking it makes me feel better immediately.
