St. Elmo Steak Sauce

Their seasoning salt is absolutely amazing so I had high hopes for this. Taste is subjective of course, but this just seemed mediocre to me.

I have been hearing about this sauce and wanted to try it. It is really delicious and was popular with the family. I will buy again.

A bit pricey but overall an excellent steak sauce ! Unique taste and flavor !

Disappointing

Dark, rich steaksauce will the an untraditional note if Brandy and hint of orange. Delicious!

I disliked the lighter fluid flavor... like it was a main ingredient

Like another reviewer has said , it is definitely an acquired taste. It took me a while to like it but now when I compare to A1 or something , A1 just makes your steaks taste like A1. Izzys sauce isint as over powering and more of a complimentary flavor. I don’t have a refined palate but this seems to be more complex with the brandy , butter orangy flavor.I felt the same way about their cocktail sauce but both are addicting and have you seeking out st elmos excellent sauces

I understand the negative reviews. If you don't like a sauce with a strong wine/brandy base, you won't like this. Those that do (me included) like it, LOVE THIS SAUCE! It's incredible with steak, especially with mushrooms, and if combine it with their creamy horseradish sauce, it's out of this world! If you want a doctored up Worcester, go with A-1. If you want a step up, try this. It's famous for a reason.
