Easy to assemble. Desk can be put together with the low end on the left or the right. I'm sure it would fit a printer well but our cat claimed it and through cat logic it can no longer serve any other purpose. The holes aligned well and the quality is ok. The desk area is a bit narrow, so we are solving that with a keyboard tray that we will add on. The narrowness of the keyboard area is my only reason to not give it 5 stars.

This is a great desk, really solid and easy to assemble. I do wish it had a board across the back of the desk top just half way up so that things such as pen's and papers would not fall off the back keeping the electric plugs accessible from the back. I also would have liked for the file drawer to come out further so I could get to the files in the back of the drawer easily.

The desk is spacious and has a lot of storage. It takes time to set up

First off it is cheaply made. Given the price point and made in China that is to be expected. Second is a number of the bolts had to have the Allen wrench in to the hole because of too much coating. Third is the instructions are mostly pictures. They could not be bothered to label the drawer slides and the picture used to depict them does not give you much of a clue on how to install. The small screw holes are just dents in the wrap, there are no holes so it is difficult to get them started and stay straight with the included short screwdriver. A few of the bolt holes were not done correctly so I had to force them. One of the pads only went in half way before it would not go further or come back out. The included light tape is not sticky, but the covering tape sure is. On the good side they do include a few extra screws, bolts and other things so if you lose one or two then you still have enough.

I thought all the drawers were wood but only the file drawer is. The others are fabric. But over all, I do like the desk, the size is perfect for my needs and the ability to put drawers on either side was a sure seller for me. The printer area is ok for a small printer but mine is an all in one so opening the top is tricky with the shelf in the way. That portion of the shelf should be optional to be left off. It is a sturdy desk and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a smaller than normal office desk. It fits in my library perfectly along with my other furnishings in the room. I'm looking forward to having my own work space that I don't have to share with anyone.
