Navage daytime/nighttime pods are a breath of fresh air for your nose and sinus! I have used the navage with regular pods for a couple of years now. Its a great system to keep my sinus clear without all the mess. These new pods are great for both morning refresh wake up and nighttime calm soothing end of the day clean before bed. I do not normally like essential oil smells however, these are very smooth and not harsh at all. Its like a treat for your nose! These are very easy to use and are worth the money for using when you want a little extra zing to your regular routine. I do not find these too flowery or too medicinal smelling at all. The mix is just the right amount of each ingredient to make both day and night time pods worth using. I never felt either to be too overwhelming since they have the mixture set just right I think. It’s effective without being harsh. I definitely sleep better and wake up feeling like I can breathe better in the morning. Using the navage before I start my day opens my nose up and moistens all the right areas so I can breathe better during the day. I highly recommend the navage system to everyone I meet and they have just released another great addition to the navage system. I had sinus surgery 2 years ago and have been using the system ever since. My doctor said then it did a great job of cleaning up my sinus post op and says at every follow up my routine is working great using the navage. I have found it really helps clear out any buildup from on coming cold symptoms and helps wash out any allergens before they can start anything bad. Navage has developed another great option with these new pods and I would recommend trying them for yourself. I can really tell the difference if i miss using my navage for a couple of days. These new day/night pods are a worth adding to your regular pods routine even if you don't use them everyday. Your nose will tell the difference when you do and thank you! The smell of the oils goes away after a short while. So even if the pod you chose doesn't agree with your senses, it will dissipate soon enough but the opening cleaning effect of your sinus will still be long lasting.

I've been a Navage user for a couple years with the plain salt pods, but I recently picked up the new Day & Night combo to try during this nasty cold/allergy stretch. Wow—what a difference. These pods genuinely clear out the congestion better than the regular ones. By the end of the day my head feels less pressurized, and I’m actually breathing through my nose again when I wake up. It’s been a game-changer while I’ve been stuffy. The daytime pods (the orange ones) give this cool, refreshing minty-eucalyptus hit that wakes everything up without stinging. I wasn’t expecting to like a “morning” rinse, but it feels great when I’m congested. The nighttime pods (purple) are incredibly soothing. I usually can’t stand lavender, but the scent here is soft and pleasant, and it just melts the pressure away so I can fall asleep easier. Honestly, the price is a little steep for me to use both pods twice a day all year long, so I’ll probably save the Day & Night pair for when I’m really stuffed up or fighting something off. But when I am feeling lousy, though, they’re worth every penny. If you already own a Navage and you’re miserable with sinus junk, grab a box of these and give them a try. I’m really glad I did.

The daytime and nighttime salt pods are ok. I much prefer the original. Mostly because of how strong the smell is on the nighttime pods. I'm not a fan of lavender, but wanted to try these. Also it made my eyes water and throat kind of tingle. The daytime pods were pretty amazing, they cleared my sinuses up and I seemed to have more energy. The navage system is amazing though. If your stuffed up I highly recommend it. You should try all the pods, everyone is different and the scent might be perfect for you.

It's a bit rough to get use to, for me. The Alkalol is a bit harsh and makes my eyes water. Other than that, it works well
