Vegan means no animals were harmed or used in its making. (By "used" I mean like when bees make honey for their own use and we take it.) I don't eat vegan, but I respect the thought behind it, and prefer vegan products. I don't want to use products that are only safe because they killed a bunch of cute fuzzy bunnies to make sure it's safe.

Can i apply over my moisturizer that contains better spf?
