It really works
I am happy with my purchase. Really easy to install. Very quiet. The app works great. I can adjust my pool temperature from anywhere. Great quality for that price.

Dissatisfied
I've had nothing but trouble. It took a while to get the product to work, and after it did, it heated the pool. I tried everything and was unable to get the wi-fi to work. Amazon tech support was unable to help me, and there was no way to contact the manufacturer. Now the display panel is not lighting up. I have removed the plug and plugged it in, and nothing works. I am unable to contact the manufacturer, so it seems like I bought a hunk of useless metal.

Does not heat enough
I have a 9,000 gallon in ground pool. This struggles to heat it. Can't get it past 75 degrees. Said it's good for 10k gallons but I'm struggling to agree. Would not purchase again. I'd go with a stronger model.

Not keeping warm in overnight
Its 63F overnight and it’s not even keeping temperature warm water is getting colder (5000 gallon pool) while this running and takes electricity, total waste of money
