These were on my son’s list when he wrote home during Navy boot camp. He was worn out at the end of each day and water itself wasn’t helping. Adding one of these packets to his canteen gave him energy, made him feel hydrated and the flavors were good too. Sugar free was a must and was still effective. Great item and great price.

Every flavor was surprisingly good, and they are sweet tasting while being sugar free. You can taste a little bit of saltiness; check the sodium amount if high blood pressure is a concern.

Feel dehydrated? These are a quick fix! Liquid IV is my drink of choice! That only does it taste good, but it makes me feel better.

I bought these to up my electrolyte intake in preparation for an upcoming surgical procedure. As someone who drinks primarily water as their beverage of choice, I was very hesitant about flavored drinks as the flavors tend to be far too sweet and upset my stomach. I chose this sugar free variety pack (white peach, lemon lime, raspberry melon, green grape) because the flavors seemed more mild than the traditional flavors. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with them and find all of the flavors very drinkable. The instructions say to mix with 16oz of water, however I find that to be far to concentrated of a flavor for me personally, I prefer to mix mine in a 40oz Stanley for a much lighter flavor profile (I’m aware that this dilutes the electrolyte properties as well). Because of this I can’t say much about the solubility/clumping if following the directions, but in my situation I’ve had zero issues with sediment in my drinks.

Great quality and value. Some of the packets taste off but effective with weight loss. Gave me energy throughout the day.
