This worked out so well for me! I love that the bands are separate, so you can use them in all stages of pregnancy. I wish I bought this sooner!

So far so good! Not sure how useful the belly band would be on its own, but I can really feel the support with the back band. At 26 weeks, it helps with my posture when sitting for work or standing for a long time, and in the few days I've had it my lower back, hips and leg pain has significantly decreased. Comfort wise, I don't have any major issue sitting or standing. One side of the belly band can be uncomfortable, but I think I was pulling it too tight. It's easy to wear a light top underneath the band if need be anyway.

Discreto per il sostegno della pancia e allevia un pochino il dolore ai fianchi, nel mio caso. La fascia superiore non l ho trovata utile, si arriccia e come risultato da fastidio alla pelle.

I bought a size Large based on my measurements. The main part of the band is too big, while the upper band is snug. The bottom inner band is very thin, and because it is too big, to have a good fit, the velcro is exposed and tears up my clothing. I do not find this belt to be very supportive.
