This really helps with restful sleep.
I take it a half hour before I'm ready to lay down and read a little before I turn the lights off. I usually read for 10 minutes before drowsiness sets in. It's not a drugged feeling at all. Just a feeling if winding down. The book goes down, the lights go off and I drift off to a deep sleep that usually lasts me 5 to 6 hours before I rouse to check the time, etc. sometimes I can even fall back to sleep for another hour or two, an amazing feeling for me.

Loved the effects right away! Read a review by a Lady with a 10 yr old kid, said it was safe for him. I'm wound a little too tightly sometimes and this product beat the snakesnot outta the OTC stuff out t/here... Price to quantity is also great. Did 3 tabs in 8 hrs, 1 day.
