Do you use this like a normal shampoo

I do yes. I use the hair mask (no 3) first I tend to leave overnight and use the shampoo and conditioner. It has definitely improved my bleached hair

I’ve got really fine hair, will this be ok for it?

Hello - the idea of Olaplex is to strengthen your hair by building bonds, so I think it would be absolutely perfect for your hair. From experience, and I know this is going to sound like I work for Olaplex (I don't), but I have found that the shampoo and conditioner work amazingly together, and the number 3 is my favourite of their conditioning treatments. Also, I know it seems like they are expensive, but you honestly don't need to use much at all - I use mine at least once a week and I still have about a third of the bottles of shampoo and conditioner left 10 months later.

No it’s for all hair types. Uncoloured and coloured

Is this shampoo sulphate and paraben free
