Q: What size is the velcro sticker, i want to replace the "winsee" with something personalized...?

3 7/8 x 1 1/4 and the Velcro base is the same size!

Q: Does it have a removable Velcro patch?

I ordered the medium and the WINSEE patch is actually rubber (black background, white letters). It is not removable but, if it bothers someone, they could probably color over the letters with a black Sharpie.

Q: Can this harness be used with a safety restraint in a car?

I would think the ring on the back/top of the harness would be best. If the dog got thrown around with the safety on the FRONT, I think it would end up turning the dog and not holding him secure. IMHO> FOR : 👉🏼❌ ** Diane : the chest ring is to stop the dog from pulling. If they Pull while walking, it turns them around, stop forward walking. They learn that when they PULL it is counter productive. Used this answer area cause there was no way to answer Diane's question.

Q: What size dog will the small fit? I like the pink harness, but my dog is not big enough for medium
