I've been using this product for the last four months and I love it. First, the mask is very well built. I was fearful that it would feel flimsy but it is solid. Second, it is very user friendly and fits comfortably. Third, I've been using it daily and am happy to report that my skin feels smoother with some of the my wrinkles smoothing out slightly. I use it daily for 8 minutes (easy to put it on and continue working on the computer or watch tv) knowing that at a minimum it'll help stimulate collagen growth and support skin renewal. Lastly, their customer service is remarkable. I was having issues with the controller not maintaining a charge. I talked to a real person through their 800 number who helped me trouble shoot the device. They followed up by email to check in on status, as well as giving me a follow-call to ensure that my issue was resolved. They truly care about the customer experience.

The mask is made very sturdy and is comfortable on the face. The strap is of good quality and holds it perfectly in place. It came in a nice box insert which I'm using as the mask holder to keep it stored safely. I like the different settings and that each setting comes with its timer to automatically shut off when the time is up. I love the eye shield which is soft and comfortable. As far as effectiveness goes, I can't speak for this yet as I believe it takes months to show and I just own it for a short period. I regularly use it and hope to see the longterm effects in the future.

I really like this LED light mask, it is comfortable, very easy to use, it comes with very clear instructions. It has 4 modes: glow , firm rejuvenates and clean perfect for our needs. I have been using this mask for a few days and I love it. It is easy to use, and portable only connect to cables, put the mask and select the mode. My skin looks much better and helps me with a previous irritation. I like that it turn of by itself after the treatment is done.

Now I can do it at home and it helps me save lots of money! I also use it on my back to treatment the acne. The mask have a very comfortable design, and the weight distribution is well balanced - it doesn’t feel heavy or restrictive like wearing a helmet. Because it’s rechargeable, I can use it anywhere and anytime, I usually wear it while watching Tv, which make it very easy to stay consistent. I also appreciate the automatic shut off time, which ensure the exact treatment time. There’s no overheating at all, and I’ve experienced zero side effects since starting to use the device. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time or Monty at a spa, this is a great at home option for skincare maintenance and anti aging.

This mask is such crap. It only covers half your face because the eye mask is so big. There is no room to breathe, and it sits very heavy. I am waiting for my refund after is has been returned, but they penalized me 80 bucks. Which I didn't read. When I originally bought the mask less than 4 weeks ago, it said. Most people keep this item. When I went for a return, it said, frequently returned. I am so bummed about this mask.
