Very pleased with this lovely soft brush and I have to say so far is the best product I have tried to get rid of my ingrowing hairs! Great value and quality plus easy disassembly make it easy to keep HYGIENIC ! I would give 5 stars :)

This really did work brilliantly for the first few weeks. I’ve had spotty legs for years, whether I shaved or not, and I really did start to see a huge improvement after using this on my legs every night in the bath. However, unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, the bristles became very sharp at the tips and hurt my skin so much I have had to stop using it. I’ve read review responses from the vendor/manufacturer saying it’s sore if you press too hard, that’s not what happened with me. No matter the pressure I try, the ends are sharp and cause pain. I would like a refund but can’t see an option, presumably as I’ve had the product for around 6 weeks already. Anyway, this was an excellent product at first, such a shame it’s not useable now!

For someone who often gets ingrown hairs after shaving this product really works. It has reduced existing ingrowns prior to purchase and prevented further ones. Easy to use, good quality and easy to clean. Good quality tweezer is a great addition.

The brush is easy to use although figuring out how to open it up to clean it was a challenge. Had to use a pen lid to get down the side and pop the bristle side out. Once I popped it out the other times trying to get it out have been easier. The tweezers are good at releasing ingrown hairs from the skin but aren’t great at actually grabbing or pulling the hairs.

I purchased this about two weeks after I had last epilated, when my underarm bumps were incredibly itchy and painful and the hairs had started to grow. Immediately after using this in the shower, almost all the bumps had faded away, and only a couple were still there that I think I had missed. Now they're completely gone, and the product's bristles are strong enough to do its job well, but I'd recommend using under running water, as the strong scratching feeling is lessened.

I bought the product 4 months ago, and really liked it at first - it got rid of razor bumps well. It took a bit of getting used to but I used it gently and seemed to have none of the issues I'd seen in a couple of reviews. However, 3 weeks ago I used it and it scored the skin on my leg really badly, making it bleed. I stopped using it immediately. The photos I've attached are after three weeks of healing. You can see the marks very clearly, and you can see in the second photo that they match up with the bristles. On closer inspection I discovered the once pliable bristles have gone hard like knife points - in fact it actually pricked my thumb and drew blood when I (carefully) pressed one of the bristles to see if it had any 'give' in it! I would not recommend this item at all. I'm now waiting to see if I end up with a scar on my lower leg where it cut me.

I got this hoping to help with ingrown hairs on my legs but it hasn't made any difference. It's quite rough so wouldn't be suitable for sensitive skin. It can be taken apart so it's easy to clean.

This is a great product for exfoliating and in grown hairs, leaves my legs soo smooth, great product for the money!!
