High in fiber and low in calories for cereal, this is excellent. It helps boost fiber, making my body healthy. For a better flavor, I add whey protein for a more palatable taste. It's perfect for homemade Ninja Creami Lite ice cream mix. I eat a lot of it, I love it!

Such an easy way to jump start my fiber intake in the morning. We all know how important fiber is but it’s so hard to get your daily intake. This cereal makes it easy. I love how I don’t even have to think about it. Pair it with milk or even yogurt and it’s delicious! It has a nice texture and is very crunchy. It arrived very fresh. This is a great quality cereal with a lot of health benefits. I highly recommend this product.

Update 3-2026, 2 boxes shipped to Michigan have best by date of 3-2027 these R a GREAT way to up the fiber in your diet. they taste good- kind of the sweet side of malty molasses - they make a great stir in to other foods to add fiber to your diet and add sweetness and crunch to the food- think high fiber mac and cheese. a more flavorful way to add fiber to your diet- especially if you don't like the fiber powders/drinks/gels and the gummies are too few fiber and too much money, etc they used to be quite a bit more affordable- less than a year ago i regularly purchased these at under $4-ish and now they seem to be more than $5-ish ?!
