I'm 240 lb and I ate only half of one Plum as recommended to avoid an accident. I only farted. I take T3 for pain which causes constipation. And this fell short. 12 hours later I'm meeting the other half. If nothing happens tonight I will have a whole plum tonight and see what tomorrow morning brings and follow up. I'm tired of Amazon products falling short. I feel like a sucker and I'm eating BS!
