I have tried the trout and the sardines from this company. Not a fan of the sardines because they add to much lemon..... BUT! the trout is Awesome!!! Great smokie flavor and No bones. Highly recommend you try them..

I love this tinned rainbow trout, the only thing that would make it better is if it came in a bigger size. So yummy!

Best smoked trout on the market. Everyone always loves it when we serve as an appetizer.

Delicious! Tastes much smokier than Fishwife's smoked salmon, so if you don't like really heavy smoke flavor you might be better off with the salmon. I like them both and eat both at different times. The trout also tastes salty (probably because of the smoke flavor) but I don't think it actually is. When I eat salty things, I get very thirsty afterwards, but I don't get thirsty eating this fish. I eat less salt overall than the average American, statistically, so maybe I'm just more sensitive to the taste of it. Yes, it's packed in oil, good oil, but if that freaks you out you should go with the dry tasteless stuff that's packed in water.
