Looks Amazing And Customer Service Saved The Day!
We recently purchased this ice machine and were excited to get it set up. It fits perfectly with the indoor bar in our home and looks great in the space. Unfortunately, the glass broke during installation, which was disappointing. However, the customer service team has been great to work with, they responded quickly and are replacing the part for free. While we havenโt fully used the machine yet, we really appreciate the support and are looking forward to using it once everything is resolved!

Makes great ice - steady and reliable. Good value for money. We have been using this ice machine for several months and it has been great. Makes constant ice and is used a lot.

Won't make ice
Machine stopped making ice within a few days of purchased. Suddenly it stopped making ice. After freezing out to seller and tried several attempts to resolve the problem. Machine still does not make ice. It stayes in stand my mode.i dont recommend this ice machine.

Great Ice Maker
Great ice maker for the price. The ice machine makes a lot of ice and is able to keep up in our coffee shop. It has been very reliable and highly recommend.

Great customer service and nice looking unit
We received this icemaker so quickly and it looks great in our kitchen. Seems to produce ice very efficiently. However we did have an issue with the control panel on the front. It keeps glitching and we canโt make adjustments to the lights or size of cubes, etc. but we reached out to the company and they have been great. They are sending a new unit and have been very quick on their response time. Great customer service!
