Flexible dose B5
I need low dose vitamin b5 to help with neurotransmitter balance/migraine issues. This allows me to take 25-50 mg. I wish it came in a larger bottle. Taste is good.

Great if you don't want a pill, but you will have to pay for that
Great for folks who prefer to not take pills. Very easy to swallow. Tastes fine. Only downside is quite expensive, capsules (that you can open and put in something) or powder is a lot less expensive.

I truly love this B5. At first I'll admit I didn't take it seriously because it made drowsy. I never got rid of the bottle. 3 months ago, my heart began palpitating and nervousness uncalled for was having its way with me. Symptoms of anxiety. I remembered the B5 & began with about 1/3 dropper. Yes, I felt some drowsiness but not as I had earlier. Over 1 wk., I found I felt better & increased my dosage to 1/2 dropper. I feel only slight drowsiness but a very nice calm about myself. Nothing I can't handle. I'm EXTREMELY grateful. I also took out most of the sugar from my daily menu.

Wish there was an 8 ounce option for this B5.
Really like this product. I buy Herb-Science's other liquid B vitamins as well - only I purchase their B1 and B2 in the 8 ounce size instead of 1 ounce, which is a better option for me. So my only complaint with their B5 is that, at present, they don't offer an 8 ounce version for this particular B vitamin. Other than that, thumbs up!

Decent flavor.
Thd flavor is not strong, kind of sweet, so I take with water. Seems to work okay.
