I bought the faucet without the LED temperature light, but the touch feature was defective, so I notified Amazon of the problem and was put in contact with VIDEC. VIDEC responded quickly, and then immediately sent a replacement when I gave them my address. The replacement has the LED temperature light, which is very nice. I didn't notice the LED model when I originally purchased the faucet, and I like it much better. The replacement faucet with the LED works perfectly with reliable sensitivity to touch. Overall I like the design of the faucet and am pleased with the functionality. One noteworthy discrepancy is that the photo on the Amazon listing says the faucet height is 8.78 inches, but actually it measures slightly less than 4½ inches when attached to the horizontal attachment bar, which is quite low. I was specifically looking for a faucet with a high spout, so we're using it without the horizontal bar. Detached from the horizontal bar (the bar isn't removable but can be moved to either side), the faucet height is about 11½ inches high, which is a good height. Our sink has a divider in the middle, and I can fill a tall water bottle on it, which is ideal.

Do not purchase this item. I ordered a replacement thinking maybe the first one was defected. It never worked properly from my first purchase. I had a contractor renovate my kitchen. Who installed the faucet. The sensor did not work. He had to continuously go under the sink to disconnected and reconnect the box in order for my water to come on. After installing the replacement, we learned the only way the sensor work is if you keep the water on. If you turn it off, it will take at least 15 minutes for the water to come back on. After only one week the sensor does not work at all and if I turn the water off and turn it back on, nothing happens. I have to go under the sink, disconnect the box then reconnect the box for the water to turn on. Not to mention when the sensor did work it was extra sensitive. The water would keep shutting off. I’m so upset for 350.00 I should not have any issues! Now I have to pay someone to remove this faucet and replace it with a new one.

I am an MEP Engineer, meaning I design HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for construction in commercial and residential. I've now owned 5 touch faucets. One simple version works in the utility sink and is fine but crude. But in the kitchen, I've gone through 4. Two Deltas and one off brand that was inexpensive. Both Deltas clogged up in a year and just quit. Both started rusting at their bases. The off brand had a weird spray. But this review is about this faucet, which is sublime. Much higher pressure than previous. The main spray comes on with a button and has a twirling feature that really cleans out the sink or whatever. And it goes back to regular faucet after turning off and back on. It also has this very wide, very fine but forceful special spray. That cleans soap off of dishes like a commercial faucet. The installation was easier, color coded hot and cold hoses, snap together fittings. This one only needs 4 AAs in lieu of 6 in the Delta. Very, very pleased with this.

I love the faucet but fight with the touch system. Turn on water, grab sprayer, it turns off.

I bought this VIDEC faucet and after my husband installed it there was a small leak under the sink. I put a pan to catch the leak and called Amazon. Amazon gave me the link to deal directly with Videc which I did. I immediately received a response stating they would be sending me a new faucet which I received about one week later. My husband installed the new replacement faucet and it works perfectly with no leaks. Videc customer service is fabulous and I highly recommend this faucet. It does take getting used to because it turns off to save water but you just have to touch it and the water comes back on.

We love this faucet! It’s easy to use and the different spray cycles work great. It also must have been easy to install since I left it with my 16yo as a summer chore and he had it installed in an hour. He has watched me work on plumbing before and I had confidence he could read the instructions and figure it out. The hardest part for him was getting the old faucet off and I gave him some creative tips to get in the tight spaces and he figured it out.

my house has been under construction and I bought this item a few weeks back. it is a complete scam. it does not have a sensor with it which is the main reason i bought it. i just remodeled the kitchen and installed it. there is no sensor anywhere. the window to return the item passed and now im stuck with it. dont waste your money. the gold metal piece is cheap and now I have to go find another one. 300 dollars down the drain. so disappointed with this company. it came with the sensor connection but the actual faucet doesnt have the sensor.

Has alot of plastic parts. Certainly not all brass. But looks nice. Pulls down well. I honestly don't expect this to last 20+ years like my last kitchen faucet (Franke brand) did, but for the price, its cheaper to buy and use for 5 years and replace. Install as expected. Does clear below my upper cabs even with the high arch. Swings L/R easily.
