Great product for the money!
These are chewable so if you have a difficult time swallowing pills this is a good vitamin to go with. They smell and taste good. I've noticed my nails and hair looking healthier. I take other nature made vitamins with this one. They are all good quality. My hair has grown. I also have new growth starting to come in..

Thinning Hair help
My hair is thinning, as it does with age. So I got this for my hair. Jury is out if it is helping my hair. Giving it some time. My nails are normally pretty strong unless I do something stupid like gel nails. (Love those, but my nails don't!). As I age, my skin is drier, thought it could use support. I can't take the big vitamin pills/capsules, so the gummies size work for me. I like the fact that there is no sugar and they taste just fine. I'm not taking these for energy, my energy levels are fine. Worth a try.

Great tasting, appreciate its zero sugar which supports my diet. Been using for awhile now and see a difference in my hair and nails.

No longer has vitamin A as advertised.
I see the pictures still show vitamin A but when I actually got the product it was a different label and did not show vitamin A anymore. I looked it up and apparently people were taking too much and getting vision problems so nature made stop adding vitamin A. That is not an issue with the product, that is user error for using more than recommended. It would be the same with any drug. But they decided to take vitamin A off anyways. Might as well take off all the other vitamins as well and just sell candy at that point so ppl can eat however much they want and not overdose.
