Leifheit, Supra Floor Sweeper

Easy to empty

It just doesn't lift up little specks very well from carpet or rugs that have a reasonable amount of pile. 3 out of 5 is sufficient

I recently bought the Leifheit Rotary sweeper and I was impressed by the sturdy German quality. For many years now, I am trying my best to avoid buying anything made in China, for various reasons. The current global health crisis is certainly not going to change this habit. So imagine my disappointment, when I unpacked this sweeper. My fault, I guess. Never assume anything but check and double check, always. This sweeper is not metal, like the Rotary, and it is made in China. The Rotary is made in Germany. It does seem to work, even though it feels a lot less sturdy and makes a horrible noice on hard floors. I got it at a reduced price. That, and to not burden the delivery and packing guys any more than necessary at theses stressful times, I’ll keep it.

We bought this sweeper having previously been pleased with leifeit products.However,this is most dissapointing.It does not pick up light dog hair(we have a pet vac for regular cleaning).being hand propelled,we did not expect miracles,but thought it would pick up better.

An Aunt of mine has one, hence my purchase. Very pleased with it - saves me getting the Dyson out every day!

did not last

I had a Leifheit Exclusiv (now called Rotaro S) for about 15 years without having any trouble. When various parts got worn, I was seduced away from replacing it with another by the good looks and the light weight of this sweeper and because an assistant at John Lewis said it was better than the more 'old-fashioned' type as it has a rubber brush. In fact, I soon realised it was not very good, and I had to go round picking up all the things it had left on the carpet (hairs, crumbs - most things in fact). It also dumped the few things it had picked up back on the carpet. I've gone back to old-fashioned and bought the Leifheit Rotaro S - more expensive, sure, but it does what it says on the tin! Don't waste your money on the Supra!!!!!!!

No ha cumplido mis expectativas porque venía con fallo de fábrica, no se deslizaba bien por el suelo asi que la tuve que cambiar y sin problemas, Amazon me devolvió mi dinero, gracias!!

Dopo due settimane di utilizzo era già da buttare. Il materiale è scadente ed è male assemblata.

Gekauft haben wir den Leifheit Teppichkehrer für unsere Läufer und Fußmatten mit niedrigem Flor für die schnelle kurze Reinigung mal zwischendurch. Dafür ist das Gerät perfekt, erstaunlich wieviel Schmutz, Krümel, Haare, usw. aufgenommen wird. Tolles Produkt, funktioniert sehr gut, ist leicht und stabil. Zusammenbau, Bedienung und Schmutzentleerung ganz einfach. Besonders gut finde ich, das die Walzenbürste genauso breit wie der Kehrer ist, leicht entnommen und gereinigt werden kann, falls es mal nötig sein sollte.

Product was easy to assemble and packaged well. That've about it. It does not donna good job even picking up lint on carpets. I would have returned it except I did notnkeepnthe box.
