Does the job at a great price
Works great, bought this for my Rolex day date. Zero noise or sound from this unit when rotating. I use the ac power option so Iโm not sure on battery life. Overall look is very nice for a watch winder, very modern. Unit seems very well built and very durable to heavy usage. The size is very good for just having one watch on it. Highly recommend this unit, value for the price is hard to beat.

Basically Everything In The Description Is True
So far the quality of the winder has been good. The updated model with USB-C chords conveniently includes two different cables; a very short (approximately 4โ) USB-C to USB-C connector and a longer USB-A to USB-C connector. It really does operate silently. My only, very slight gripe, is that my wrists happen to be slightly too small for the my watches to comfortably fit around the included pillows. It would be nice if there were some slightly smaller (diameter) pillows included for smaller wrist-ed folks!

Motor dies
It died a year and 1 month after purchase. I turned it off for one day a week to not over work the motor. Very disappointed in the poor durability of the watch winder

Winder wont work with large sizes (loose fit on pillow causes watch to clank around & stops winder
I added a star because the price is good, but this winder does not work with large watches. Large watches are loose and clank around when spinning causing the winder to stop. I have big bones and big wrists. My watches are usually at the max setting of the band. This creates a problem for this winder because the watch is very loose with the included "pillows" (padded oval things). I even looked to swap the pillows for others I have but they were way more narrow than pillows in my other watch boxes. I made a video to try and show what I'm talking about. But I'm getting errors trying to load it. I've already packaged it for return so I cant even load pics. RETURNED within 1 hour of receiving.

It works as advertised.
The item works as advertised; however, the "long-term" setting (2 minutes turning and 18 idle) is not ideal. The 18 minutes of idle time should be shortened to perhaps 10. It doesn't seem to work since 18 minutes is way too long, and the watch stops after just one day.
