I am giving this review after using it for 18 months. Quality product and quality service. After 18 months of usage it’s backup time got reduced to 5 mins, but they replaced with a new product with free of cost. It’s value for money product and also the backup is around 4 hours initially.

I have been using the product since May 2023. But, recently it stopped working . Connected with oakter customer care. Received replacement in next 5 days. The back of up is good. Service is also good.

Worked well during the warranty period and gave proper backup for my WiFi. After 1 year, it stopped holding charge and now there is no power backup. Disappointed with the durability.
