Good Flavor. Easy option for heart health.
Been taking this stuff for a little over a week now and even though I am not a fan of strawberries, this is light enough in flavor that it doesn’t bother me. Wish I was able to get the heart health packets in the citrus flavor. My good friend recommended it because he has seen very good results over the 4-5 months that he’s been taking it.

Works!
After a week’s worth of daily use, I can feel the difference! I am a skeptic. I believe the hype, but the product, then realize it does not help me. So this time around, I decided to be tougher on my judgement. Man. It DOES work! I am going to continue using. Then I will report back with my latest blood work to see if it shows improvement in certain markers on my test values.

They work but gummies are easier
I wanted to give this a 5 star review, but I found it's just easier to take the gummies made by the same company. With these packets you can drink them right from the packet but the flavor is too strong for me to go that route so I always find that I have to mix it in a drink of seltzer water or lemonade. They travel well, but then so do the gummies.
