XQD cards rock, but they are pricey.
I have two H series XQD cards to date, a 16 and a 32 gig. Both have functioned flawlessly, and have excellent read/write speeds from camera to card and card to iMac. The new S series is even faster, they say, but I doubt I'll spend the extra money to go that route when I pick up my next card.

Wicked fast data transfer times!
This is a great XQD card that's performed flawlessly since I purchased it. Great to use as a backup for JPG's when shooting my D4, and pairs well with my Lexar 1000x CF cards.

Very fast card
Bought this for my Nikon D4, the chip works great! I can shoot at 11fps with out any problem, very nice, the price is too high or it would have 5 stars.

With the D4, I was sort of trapped into moving towards XQD, and I'm not altogether bothered by it, save for the price tag. It's super fast for writing the 11fps from the Nikon D4, faster than any CF card I've used (even the 1000x variety from Lexar). In this case, moving to a 32GB allows me to capture most of a wedding on the XQD also, which means that the transfer to my machine is sped up also (to a degree). Sadly for me, the reader is USB 3, but I only have USB 2 on my machines. Maybe time for another upgrade to really get the bang for my buck on this stellar card.

Fast & reliable
Given this card is now discontinued for an even faster version, the reduced price makes it a very good bargain. I have another the card the same and it has never locked once on high speed shooting transferring data. Highly recommended

I bought a Nikon D4 which use these cards. I had been using ordinary CF cards that i had had since owning a D1H. So slow in saving to the card. I turned to the XQD cards but I was wary as they are expensive. But what a difference. Saving raw files takes almost no time at all now. A real and noticeable difference. Worth the money.
