It’s a kitchen roll holder with a spray It’s expensive ,It’s well made ,It looks OK and my one is black. Nothing else to say really if you can afford it buy if you can’t don’t. I like it I like it a lot!

I had high expectations for the simplehuman Kitchen Roll Holder with Spray Pump, but it’s nowhere near as impressive as people make out. It looks alright, but it’s quite bulky. The spray bottle is a nice touch and a convenient feature on the side, but the main “easy one-sheet tear” function simply doesn’t work as advertised. I’ve tried at least five different UK kitchen towel brands—including Andrex, Tesco Finest, Plenty, Bounty, and Cushelle—and barely any of them allow the “easy rip” function to work properly. Considering the extremely high premium price tag and the fact that its main function fails, I have to give it 2 stars. I honestly hoped for more, but I’ve been really disappointed.

Very handy, I have brushed steel one. The only issue is with plastic ring/trim inside the paper towel holder came unstuck so I had to supper glue it.

Neck of the spray bottle broke after not even 2 months. Overall a cool design and neat concept, but whoever decided to make the bottle plastic instead of glass needs to be fired.

Doesn't fit the paper towels that I use, had to use viva jumbo which I don't like the quality of. The mechanism that holds the roll so you can supposedly tear it off with one hand is too weak, I have to still hold the roll to tear paper off either way. I can't take out the spray bottle if the holder is below my kitchen cabinet on my bench as it is too long. Don't think this holder is made for typical Australian kitchens. Not worth the money.

An sich ein schöner Küchenrollenhalter. Allein der integrierte Pumpspender ist sehr praktisch und gut. Dieser würde 5 Sterne bekommen. Aber der Rollenhalter ist nicht fest genug an der Halterung. Wenn die Rolle noch voll ist, kann man noch ein Blatt mit einer Hand abziehen (klappt aber selbst da nicht immer). Wenn die Rolle dem Ende zu geht, funktioniert das leider nicht mehr mit einer Hand. Der komplette Halter geht mit. Er steht auch nicht fest auf der Arbeitsplatte der Fuß ist zu Leicht und der Arm spannt nicht fest genug. Für den Preis würde ich es definitiv nicht mehr kaufen.

I really like the idea behind this all-in-one paper towel holder and spray bottle. It keeps everything I need for quick kitchen cleanups in one place, saves counter space, and has a clean, modern look that fits nicely with my kitchen. The holder itself feels very sturdy, and the built-in spray bottle is easy to refill and works well. It's convenient to have the cleaner and paper towels together, especially for wiping down counters after cooking. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the clamp that holds the paper towel roll. It's much tighter than I expected, and it frequently causes the paper towels to tear when trying to pull off a single sheet. Instead of getting a clean tear, I often end up with ripped or uneven pieces, which gets frustrating with everyday use. Overall, it's still a well-made and useful product, but I wish the tension on the clamp was a little lighter. If that were improved, it would easily be a 5-star kitchen accessory.

The paper towel holder and sprayer are great and work really well. I have a ton of simplehuman items, from multiple trash cans, to this paper towel holder, to laundry baskets, etc. However, my experience with the company changed through this paper towel holder. After 4 months of normal use the sprayer was sitting on the counter and it was bumped and it tipped over and dropped from a standing position to a horizontal laying position. Now, this wasn't a drop to the floor, this wasn't an incidence where it was sent flying, it was just a tiny bump and it tipped over. When it tipped over I stood it back up and when I went to pick it up, the whole top part came off. The threaded area of the clear plastic part had broken. The sprayer hadn't experienced any other drops or harsh handling during the 4 months of use. I contacted simplehuman to explain what happened fully expecting them to replace the sprayer given that I've always had good experiences with the company in the past. This time, the representative told me that this was not covered and I could purchase a new sprayer at the provided link. THE REPLACEMENT SPRAYER IS 44% OF THE COST OF AN ENTIRELY BRAND NEW PAPER TOWEL HOLDER AND SPRAYER. In my opinion this is wildly unacceptable for a company that charges premium or near premium prices for their products and part of the reason I, and I would assume others, pay this premium is for the quality of items and the fact the company will take care of you in the event of their item being less than awesome. If this is the stance of the company, then you're better off paying half or less than half and getting a Chinese knockoff. You're more likely to get a free replacement out of them than simplehuman by a very wide margin. This will definitely be the last simplehuman product I'll ever buy and I can at least thank them for saving me money in the future and proving once again why paying a premium price means nothing if a company isn't willing to stand behind their products. Simplehuman is certainly no Dyson.
