How well do the push button clasps hold, worried they accidently open if the buttons bumped. also want to know if black is durable or sratches easy?

The push button holds very well, I have been running and doing some exercises that push the clam a lot, I have end up with the strap marked on my wrist and it does not open accidentally. So far it si holnding very well with the scratches, not at all or at least that I notice.

Is it metal and does it get scratched easily?

If you read the description it states premium stainless steel! All metal will scratch if you abuse it. I have not had any problems with mine

Sorry I can't help you about Hugo boss watch . My best idea is measure where the strap attaches to the watch and also compare the attachment I.e. Make sure it has a spring bar through the strap to attach it to watch . If it has then order the appropriate strap and CAREFULLY remove the spring bar one side at a time and attach new strap . I found it easier to remove one pin out of the strap so that you are working with 2 straight pieces and not a circle and when you have both ends attached to watch then rejoin the strap with the pin . I also worked on a large paper kitchen towel so I didn't lose any pieces ! ! Hope this helps you .
