How long does each patch last/work for,

We have found the gel works better than the patches. My wife uses this for her night cramps. It lasts about 3 hours at best.

Is each patch only good for one use, or are they reusable without a freezer? I'm looking for something to take on holiday

These freeze cold patches are cold from the packet and do NOT need a freezer To keep them in but you can only use them once. They are NOT reusable. Hope this helps.

How big are these patches?

These patches are 5.75 inches X 7.0 inches, are quite thin and are easy to open. I also make sure I keep a couple with me when coaching. regards Tony

How many plasters are in one box?

I think it was four and they are excellent. They stick well and last a long time. Much better than gel as no mess and no waiting to dry. Better than the smelly new formula spray. Would recommend them.
