I received my item quickly and everything was included including easy to read instructions. This was the easiest coat rack to assemble and it is very sturdy. It can not easily tip over like other racks. SOLID WOOD!! I definitely recommend it. Well worth every penny that I spent.

Fairly nice made coat rack. Came together easily. Some parts screwed in better than others . It was well packed with bubble wrap except for one piece that had a black scratch mark that might of been there before packaging. Seems perfect for drying coats, hats and gloves during the winter season and unscrewing and storing in the summer.

I now have three of these hat racks. They are perfect for me and I have all my many different style hats as well as my jackets on them. The feet on this rack are cut parallel to the floor, unlike the others I've seen. The others seem to be just wooden dowels and therefore not as sturdy. Easy assembly in no time. Is exactly what I needed to keep jackets handy without taking a lot of space. Very stable and doesn't try to tip over. Extremely pleased with product for my needs.
