this is a great sauce! We used buy it in gallon jars, but that's not available anymore. We always keep several bottles on hand.

My favorite hot sauce.
They sent what I ordered, and it arrived in good condition. This is a hot sauce on the medium to mild side. Excellent on egg dishes, chicken, pork, and even vegetables. Cheaper per ounce than in grocery stores.

Just the right zip and sweet
I've used Tiger sauce for years. This is not a rip your lips off type. Use it as an accent to most anything. Works as a brush on BBQ sauce for pork, beef and chicken. Makes rice stand up and be noticed without overpowering the rice. This is not a sauce a diabetic should use as there is sugar in it. If you want a little zip in your cuisine and Tabasco is more than you can handle then Tiger sauce is for you - Boun Appetite.

Great for smoking ribs
I use this when I smoke ribs. You won’t be disappointed; no bbq sauce is needed. Two bottles arrived quickly, wrapped in bubble wrap and double boxed. No damage. Price was nice too.
