GREAT PC!! Kernel error problem, causing a rebooting. Read my review to fix it!
This PC is really great. I have installed Fortnite, World of Warcraft, and after effects (a really big editing software) and the computer is working perfectly. I did have some trouble in the start because I did extra updates which caused a KERNEL error & my computer kept rebooting, but Microsoft says that this is a common error update so I would say pause your updates until a new update is released! PAUSE YOUR UPDATES!!

Good choice
I was searching for a while and even after committing to the purchase I was nervous that I didn't make the right choice. But I've had it for some time and I couldn't be happier

good or bad depending on what u want
this pc, although it looks cool, doesnt perform all that well. minecraft btw: it lags horribly down to 20 cps upon shader use or render distance past 24. it has the wifi connectivity of a toaster oven. the wifi usb stick is just so dumb. it disconnects upon any physical contact with any object and when its actually connected it doesnt have that great of a signal. the pc can only support one monitor, so if u have multiple monitors u better pick a favorite. all complaints aside, this is an absolute steal for its price. i got it for ~$400, which is an insane price for a desktop like this. ill recommend it to someone who is not as serious about gaming performance or someone with a low budget, but if ur like me and are serious about fps and compatibility for minecraft, id recommend something with nvidia, muli-display compatibility, and acceptable wifi. this would be 3.5 stars but its not an option so heres 3 stars have fun with them edit: i left an edit that didnt save but basically i installed new power supply and an rtx 3050. it was very easy and intuitive despite this being my first time ever taking a computer apart. the motherboard is still outdated, but thats not much of an issue. the usb ports do seem stiff and ive accidentally torn my mouse chip in half bc of it. note that this is a $70 wireless mouse that i now have to use wired. anyways its 4 stars now because it performs well and was easy to upgrade

WARNING: Misleading Info & Outdated Hardware, Not Compatible w/ Windows 11
I would give this product a negative rating if that were possible. While it is common for products to occasionally fall short of expectations, this seller is actively misleading customers by marketing a computer that is over 12 years old as “new.” This system is not compatible with Windows 11, yet it is being sold with Windows 11 installed through an unsupported workaround. The incompatibility is not due to a single issue, but several fundamental hardware limitations, including an underpowered CPU that does not meet minimum requirements and the absence of a TPM module—standard on virtually all PCs manufactured from 2015 onward. Numerous prior reviews confirm that buyers only discover this issue once Windows 11 requires a legitimate update, which cannot be completed. The hardware is so outdated that it cannot run basic modern applications or games, such as Call of Duty, due to the lack of TPM 2.0 support. There is no legitimate solution to make this system Windows 11–compliant or to add a compatible TPM module. When I contacted the seller to ask how Windows 11 was installed and to address the TPM requirement, I did not receive clear or direct answers. Instead, I was offered a $30 credit toward a future purchase, which does not resolve the core issue. Additional details are also misleading. The PC does not include built-in Wi-Fi or Bluetooth; instead, extremely low-quality USB adapters are provided to compensate. These omissions are not clearly disclosed in the listing. A fitting analogy would be selling an iPhone 5 with cosmetic enhancements and presenting it as a current-generation device—only for buyers to realize it cannot run basic modern applications. It is disappointing that Amazon allows this seller to continue selling such products in high volume. To make matters worse, I was required to pay nearly $30 in return shipping. I was informed that a refund would only be issued after the item was received and inspected, a process that can take up to 30 days. Based on other reviews, even receiving the refund appears to be problematic. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Tech support was awesome- STG Rich
This computer would not work after 4 months. I called tech support and they ran tests on the computer and we could not get it to work. Rich at support center was awesome. She got me a replacement computer very quickly. Very happy with Rich on handling the issue.

Solid build quality and great performance
The build quality is great and I was impressed with the thoughtful case design and spec. I noted a previous review wished they had provided a dust filter. It came with my system. Understand this is not a highly expandable mother board - only one pci slot. I did swap out the video card as I needed to run 3 monitors, and I may further upgrade the RAM to 64gb. But I am not using this for gaming so system demands are not extreme. At price point it’s a great value and And Skytech Global seems like a solid company producing a great product. Highly recommended and when it’s time to upgrade this company will be my first choice.

Decent, but not great
TLDR: it’s a good buy if it’s on sale ($600 range) and if you’re only looking for a prebuilt computer which can run most games at medium/low settings. It’s NOT a good buy if you’re looking for a prebuilt platform to upgrade over time. It’s important to be informed about a few things before you buy. 1.) Be sure to check that everything is included. The model I ordered was supposed to come with 6 fans installed but only came with 4. The customer service sent the additional fans after about one week, which was good service, but leads to the next problem. 2.) There’s no way to make any customizations or upgrades. The case is riveted together, so you can’t access the PSU cage or cable hideaways. So I’m not able to access the daisy chain for the already connected fans, and the motherboard doesn’t have enough fan headers to connect the two that should’ve been installed already. Fans aside, there’s pretty much no way to upgrade any of the components. Since the PSU cage is riveted together, you can’t access or upgrade the PSU. The GPU (Rtx 3050) doesn’t require a direct power connection so they don’t include one in the build. But since most modern GPU’s require direct power connections, and there’s no way to access the PSU, you have no way to switch to newer GPUs. The ram is secured in place by hot glue. You read that right, they hot glued the ram. So changing the ram will be a hassle, if at all possible. After exploring all that, I didn’t even want to look at the CPU. I can believe the other reviews which said that STG soldered it onto the motherboard. 3.) Customer support is only mildly helpful. After I messaged them about the fans, they were able to send me new fans and screws to mount them myself. The only problems are that the screws don’t fit the fans, and there’s no way to plug the fans in, making them utterly useless. I asked them for info on the motherboard so I could figure out how I could maybe get them to work, they couldn’t provide me with any info. Which really stinks considering that the motherboard seems like a made in house piece by STG. Same thing with the PSU, they weren’t able to provide me with any info on it either. There’s no manual either. I’ve had to learn about my computer by exploring it by hand, which is fine to me but could lead to damage for beginners and new builders. Conclusion: This PC had a lot of potential, but STG dropped the ball. It runs most games well at 1080p and looks really nice, but it’s somewhat outdated in 2026 with no ways to upgrade. For $600 that I paid, I can live with it for now. But for the $850 price it’s at now, it’s not worth it in my opinion. For that price you can build a better rig with upgrade options in the future.
