Reliable and works out of the box with Unraid at 10GbE
Bought this for my Unraid server in a small Jonsbo N3 ITX case, and I'm very happy with it. Worked immediately with no drivers required, getting consistent speeds and no drop outs or any abnormalities. It does get hot so I'd recommend adding a fan near it. Using a TP-Link SFP+ RJ45 10GbE to a TP-Link 10GbE switch with no issues. Huge improvement when accessing my server from other PCs on the network.

Plug and Play. Works as intended.
Used it as I didn't have an extra pcie slot available on my ITX based unraid server. Was recognized immediately and the performance is as expected. The only downside is the cable supplied is very stiff.

Plug-and-play with Proxmox 8.3, works great, achieves stated speeds.
Works great on Proxmox running on an AMD 9700X box with an MSI X870 motherboard, and achieves ~9.5gbit/s between devices through Ubiquiti network hardware over Cat6A; however, be weary of modular SATA power cables. This was my own fault, so no stars deducted, but upon initial installation, the machine refused to post. When I'd power it on, it would instantly shut off. So, taking a step back, I thought through what the problem might be. My power supply (Corsair RM850x) didn't come with enough SATA power cables, and I had made the incorrect assumption that a SATA power cable is a SATA power cable. I grabbed a left-over one from an older EVGA modular supply that I use elsewhere. This is how I learned that modular power supplies do not have standard pinouts across manufacturers. So make sure you're using the correct SATA power cables for your power supply.

Enterprise-class SFP+ server card that connects via an M.2 slot instead of a PCIe x4 slot
I like this 10 gig SFP+ to M.2 server card from Vogzone! Build quality is excellent and the packaging includes a plastic clamshell that protects your card right up to the moment of installation and a low profile bracket is also included. This card can be installed with either screw-based slot mounting or in a tool-less chassis. Installation was pretty easy and this NIC worked flawlessly in every test I threw at it, including iperf tests that show full line rate throughput. Like any of a thousand other Intel-based cards I've used over the years this offering from Vogzone provides enterprise-class performance but without using a PCIe slot (electrically, at least - you still need an available slot to mount the card). The only challenge you might have is routing the interconnect cable from the card to the M.2 adapter plus routing a SATA power cable to the back edge of the card. Highly recommended as a cost-effective enterprise-class NIC.
