t first, I had an issue because my juicer arrived with a defective blade, which was disappointing. However, I contacted the seller and they responded quickly, sending me a replacement part without any hassle. Once I installed the new blade, the juicer worked very well. It extracts juice efficiently, is easy to use, and cleaning is simple. I really appreciate the customer service, as they resolved the issue بسرعة and professionally. I gave it 5 stars because it works well and easy to use. Unfortunately Mine fell and broke the knob which made it to stop working. However it’s a very good product that does the work.

It works amazingly well, juices smoothly, and is not too loud while running. It really gets all the juice out of the fruit, which makes a big difference compared to using a blender. Efficiency Compared to a Blender: If I were using a blender, it would take me all day to strain everything properly. With this juicer, the straining process is much quicker and easier. Minor Issue and Solution: There was one time when I could not open it after using it, but switching it to reverse fixed the issue right away. After that, it opened easily with no trouble. Helpful Tip: If it ever feels stuck after use, running it in reverse for a moment before opening it helps a lot. Overall Thoughts: I love everything about this juicer. It works well and has been a pleasure to use. Great product. I would definitely recommend it.

Easy to put together. Juices well, juices quietly and doesn’t make a mess. Clean up was a breeze. There’s a small hole near the top for putting in smaller cut up items which is what I did the first time, but you can also add larger pieces with the pop lid. I had a Hamilton before. It was high powered and when I added fruits and veggies it juiced well, but it was loud and also shot all the pulp out quickly on the other side usually causing more mess to clean up. The juice from this juicer has a little bit of pulp compared to the Hamilton, but overall I’m glad bought this one to replace the other. Again I want to say, clean up was suuuuuper easy. No scrubbing metal filters, no cleaning up my walls and counters from spray and debris.

Excellent product and customer service. I get slot of juice and clean up is easy.

Enjoyed using, however, do need to be careful what goes in. Love the easy clean up.

No se si despues de usarlo lo pudiera regresarlo, me acaba de llegar hace unas horas y lo acabo de estrenar, se supone que es extractor es en frio pero me regreso demasiado gabaso con liquido, de la cantidad de jugo de zanahoria que me da mi viejo extractor normal, este se quedó corto casi por medio vaso que me da el viejo, piénsenlo antes de comprar.
