This product has been a life saver for my toddler that can digest milk well. She would have extremely hard poops (Level 1 or 2 on Bristol Scale) but this fiber has really helped her have normal, soft bowel movements. It dissolves easily in any food so it's easy to put in her bottle or water or even breakfast oat meal. There are no weird added ingredients or weird taste so we're very happy about that. It's a bit pricey sometimes but really, for the benefits we get from this product, I think we're lifelong customers. Our pediatrician was also in support of us using this specific product and said she tends to recommend it as well for constipated toddlers.

I’ve been adding this to my toddler’s smoothies for about a week now and it has helped SO MUCH with her poop regularity. She does not notice any difference in taste or texture of her smoothies. The frequency and ease of going to the bathroom has improved since starting this. I already bought a second container.

Follow the instructions and it works like a charm. It seems like a lot of powder to dissolve in the drink but it actually dissolves well. It does change the texture of the liquid, but not the flavor. my very alert toddler still drinks whatever look what I put this in, and it seems to help.

This prebiotic has been very gentle on my child. Before using it, my child would cry because she was constipated, and she is very sensitive to juice, dairy, and greasy foods. We still have to closely monitor what she eats, but this product has made a noticeable difference. She is no longer in pain from everything she eats, which has been a huge relief. It’s easy to give, well tolerated, and works without causing cramping or discomfort. While it’s not an instant fix, consistent use has helped keep her regular, making it a solid daily support for digestive health. It is a good value for the money however I wish it was a little bit cheaper, doesn't have a smell, and dissolve quite quickly in juice.

My daughter suffers from constipation. The doctor put her on Miralax, but it works so slowly that I bought this because of the reviews. It works so well I put it in her milk or juice. She doesn't taste it, and it keeps her regular. It works a lot better than Miralax.

My son and I call this his “bee sugar” and add it into his chocolate milk daily to help him stay regular. No odor or taste, I warm up a small amount of chocolate milk in a mug to mix it into so it’ll dissolve easier and then add that to the rest of his milk and it works well and doesn’t leave the icky clumped texture. He used to struggle with constipation due to his obsession with chocolate milk but this helps a ton!

3 stars because it really is flavorless and odorless. However, the powder does thicken the drink and gives it a gritty texture, so my picky daughter noticed I put in her drinks. Because of this my daughter wouldn’t drink it so I can’t say much about effectiveness. It might work in a smoothie but not a regular drink from our experience.
