These are great. I got them to help me sleep... they work. They are hard to swallow due to the shape but nothing i can't handle. Definitely good quality no fillers. Just 2 each night about an hour before bed.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for these because they’ve honestly been such a game changer for me. I’ve been taking this L-theanine + magnesium glycinate combo consistently (about 2 per day), and the difference I’ve noticed in both my sleep and overall anxiety levels has been huge. I fall asleep easier, stay asleep, and just feel more calm and balanced throughout the day. What really impressed me is how long they last. I ordered my first bag in July, and it’s now March and I’m just now reordering. For the price, the value is incredible. I also love that it’s magnesium glycinate, which feels much gentler and more effective than other forms I’ve tried. If you’re looking for something to help with stress, sleep, or just feeling more relaxed overall, I genuinely can’t recommend these enough.

I’ve been taking for about 5 days now and have been much less groggy waking up (I take at bedtime). Not sure if it’s a coincidence or these supplements, but have found myself having to pee in the middle of the night, which has been the only downfall. No issues swallowing for me. My daily multivitamin is much larger than these. Going to continue taking and will update review if anything else comes about. For now I recommend to improve sleep quality. Does not make you drowsy!

The caplets are kind of big but I’m able to take them with water every morning. Easy to swallow. Helps with jittery feeling that I experience with my ADHD. No bad smell. Not too strong on my stomach.

Nice product and seems to work well. Be prepared to focus when swallowing. I can normally take a few pills together with no problem; these about choked me the first time I took them. And the second. Thankful that the smell and texture are good or I couldn’t take them. With 400 in the bag, I still have another 196 days to practice. Edited to add: it’s been a few weeks and they’re much easier to swallow. I’m still cautious but I’d add half a star. They definitely relax me and make it easier to fall asleep!

Great quality from this brand, especially because they are softgels. Bulk value yet top notch in quality. I take it on a 1:1 stack with caffeine.

Fantastic. These truly help with my sleep. The only downside is the size, swallowing them feels a bit like trying to pass a football through the eye of a needle. Effective, but mildly athletic.

So I have only been taking the gummies for a couple years now.And I switched these because of the strength and the value of getting so many I will say they do work.I just have to take them earlier because the gummies seem to start making me relaxed a little sooner than the pills, but yeah, they're great, very calming effect.
