Love these..I have trouble sleeping and these help...I don't sleep 8 hours but the 5 i get are good..Definitely recommend.

Along with CoQ10 has eliminated leg cramps
Has helped me sleep. Along with CoQ10 and some more melatonin has nearly eliminated leg cramps. They were the bane of my existence and I had to get up in the middle of the night almost every night.

Not the same formula
Not the same formula. I originally tried the Sleep and Restore formula that came in the box. Worked great for occasional use. I go to purchase more and found what I thought was the capsule version. It never occurred to me that a product with the same name by the same company would have a different formula. This even has vit B6 which can actually keep some individuals from sleeping. And I’m speaking from personal experience. Really good example of “let the buyer beware” and “never trust until you read it with your own eyes”

all natural and it works....love that it's safe

Not good for me.
It helped me fall asleep but didn't stay asleep any better and I woke groggy the next morning, not restored. Very disappointing.
