Elden Ring™: The Board Game - Stormveil Castle

Very slight damage to the box but only very slight. Minor damage to one miniature but again, very slight. The actual in box way the miniatures are stored means some bits are slightly bent. They could probably be bent back to what they’re meant to be to be like with a hairdryer and patience but I’m not risking it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am a big fan of Dark Souls and Elden Ring the video game and Steamforge does an excellent job transitioning all the characters and enemies along with lore to a very fun and somewhat complex board game. Elden Ring the Board game is an exact adapyof the video game using octogon tiles as map placement. I find Elden Ring quicker to set up and simple to learn. The game focuses more on exploration than combat in my opinion and allows you to collect and level up your character for different encounters with enemies and bosses. All the enemies miniatures are detailed and brings smooth combat utilizing cards rather than dice. It is different but I like how the cards lead the combat. The game is fully cooperative and can be played solo or up to 4 players. The game is set up so that players can join in and leave the game whenever they wish. The game has a hefty price tag but well worth it if you enjoy long lore filled narrative campaigns. This particular standalone expansion has about 20 hours plus, to play. Replayability is moderately high, as every decision changes the narrative and the different characters and ashes of war will change the game each time to play. I play this one solo, but my group enjoyed it when they play as well. Their only complaint is that it can be quite long and if your character is killed and no one has a stake of Marika, then the game ends and you must start again. Just like the video game. I personally rather like this feature, as it makes you work as a team rather than impulsively rushing into a battle you are ill prepared for.

1. O boneco do Godrick chegou com uma mão quebrada, solta na caixa. Creio ser defeito de fábrica mesmo. Mas com uma gota de super cola vai resolver. ----- O resto veio intacto. 2. As peças são pequenas, mas parecem boas. Só que tem que ter cuidado para manusear. 3. As cartas são de boa qualidade, mas boa sorte comprando sleeve para todas elas. Eu certamente irei para preservar. 4. Só para organizar o inicio do jogo é difícil. Então tenha em mente que uma partida vai demorar muito e vc precisa reservar um espaço na sua casa para deixar o jogo lá. 5. Eu joguei o tutorial e gostei de início. É importante ter um caderno para registrar suas ações, para não se perder. É um jogo para a vida toda. E os bonecos/cartas/tokens podem ser usados para D&D depois, ou para jogar suas próprias campanhas. Nota 4.5/5 pelo boneco com a mão quebrada.

I was trying to purchase this collector's item for a family member at a local shop. When I went to pick it up just before Christmas, I discovered they sold it to a scalper shop in the neighborhood...that shop bought it for $109 and slapped a $250 price tag on it for the holidays... So, thankfully Amazon had this same item in stock. I was worried about the quality. I always buy collector's items in person to make sure there are no scratches / dings / tears in the wrap. To my amazement, the item showed up in pristine condition. The inside of the box is packed so well, it doesn't have a ton bouncing around in empty air. Due to the manufacturer's interior packing quality, the contents don't even shift around enough for the edge to get rounded or anything.
