Very happy with it!
I purchased for my husbands sciatica, and bad lower back. He told me it has a timer for up to 2 hours, which makes me think it would be great for period cramps too like Ive heard. He has thanked me a couple times because finally his nerve pain is giving him a break.

I'm super happy with this purchase! I got it for leg cramps, which it releives immediately. My boyfriend was skeptical at first, but he uses it all the time now for various aches and pains. Battery charge lasts forever, it's more than strong enough, has plenty of patterns to choose from, easy to use!

If you have any type of pain, it's a must buy
As I have major back pain coming off of kidney surgery and my back isn't quite right. This TENS unit has been an everyday fixture for me and it is definitely worth it. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Just make sure you get the right pads for reuse. Also be careful about how you store the cords because they will eventually short out so you will have to go back on here and buy replacements.

Not the worst but not the best
I really wished that it had a setting that was a consistent pressure instead of all of them changing.

Good bang for your buck.
Seems to work well. Charges via USB-C instead of taking batteries. Settings take a minute to figure out, as the manual is not super clear on how to work them all, but it's pretty easy to figure out.
