I began taking these as soon as I was diagnosed with ME/CFS and POTS as a byproduct of the ME. They're much more affordable than all the drink mixes, and they prevent me from getting dizzy or lightheaded. I take two with breakfast and two with dinner. If I allow myself to run out, I definitely notice a difference and start getting spots in my vision again.

Very good product

Due to this product's small capsule size it is easy to swallow. Buffering the salt makes it less likely for it to cause GI upset, although some GI distress is not totally eliminated. Better tolerated when compared to standard salt tablets.

I recently tested low for salt levels in my blood work and my Physician recommended these electrolyte capsules! He also said to drink plenty of electrolytes but I take the capsules when I don’t have access to liquids. They are convenient and effective and I would definitively recommend them!

I started taking these Vitassium electrolyte tablets after struggling with symptoms linked to MCAS, and they’ve genuinely made a noticeable difference for me. I can absolutely tell when I haven’t taken them. They seem to help me feel more balanced and functioning normally again with far less fatigue and malaise. This brand in particular works really well for me, and interestingly, a friend of mine with fibromyalgia has also had a very positive experience with them. The tablets are easy to take, well tolerated, and have now become part of my daily routine. Really pleased to have found something that actually helps.

Entregado en tiempo y forma. Excelente opción para los que requerimos electrolitos adicionales por recomendación médica. Estaría súper bien de un día a otro la entrega pero dos días me parece excelente. Ya que son de las pocas opciones en México si no es que la única donde lo he encontrado.
